What you will do

• Own the full UX/UI lifecycle for key features, from user research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and engineering handoff.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, journey mapping, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Create and maintain a scalable design system, style guide, and component library to ensure visual consistency.
• Develop interactive prototypes and mockups using Figma and AI-powered design assistants.
• Conceptualize and design user experiences for AI-driven functionality in collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
• Advocate for user-centered and accessible design based on NN Design Heuristics, WCAG, and Material Design principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio of complex B2B and B2C web applications.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and familiarity with its AI-powered features.
• Deep experience in UX research methods and translating insights into functional design solutions.
• Must be based in South America.
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product/Usability Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Technical fluency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Previous experience designing AI, machine learning, or data-intensive products (e.g., analytics dashboards).
• Expertise in accessibility auditing, UX writing, or motion design.
