What you will do

• Champion exceptional UX solutions across hirify.global’s product suite for customers, business, and market needs.
• Run user testing and user interviews to uncover unmet needs and drive product insights.
• Ideate and design strategic solutions with product design team, stakeholders, and partners.
• Create end-to-end design artifacts (personas, storyboards, workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes).
• Translate complex systems into simple UI concepts using storytelling and rapid prototyping.
• Partner with engineering to deliver user-centered design solutions and contribute to the shared design system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design or UX design on product teams, preferably for complex technical B2B SaaS products.
• Strong visual design skills and ability to solve complex user problems with intuitive interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native apps.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
• Experience testing prototypes and collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers.
• Proficiency with Figma, including variables and auto-layout (a plus).
