What you will do
- Design and develop new features for multi-step peptide synthesis workflows.
- Collaborate with scientists to translate research workflows into scalable technical solutions.
- Build and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs for data processing.
- Ensure data integrity, traceability, and auditability of experimental records.
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization of the platform.
- Support deployment and maintenance activities in cloud environments.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.
- Experience with backend architecture and microservices design.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and Docker.
Nice to have
- Experience with scientific, laboratory, or research-related applications.
