What you will do

• Design, implement, scale, and maintain code powering global production systems.
• Play a key role in building the next generation of hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with the international Measurement team to solve high-growth scaling challenges.
• Innovate and push the technical limits of existing systems to ensure reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and comfort maintaining Python code.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL.
• Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and API integration.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be based in Czechia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spring framework and microservices architecture.
• Background in data analytics tools such as Spark, Hive, or Databricks.
