What you will do

• Implement modern backend applications and infrastructure using a microservices architecture.
• Research and integrate the latest blockchain protocols and features into the platform.
• Develop and optimize internal wallet infrastructure and external protocol integration patterns.
• Ensure production reliability through on-call participation and incident response.
• Collaborate with blockchain foundations and developers to implement new on-chain features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience in Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
• Experience working on high-scale distributed systems and API design.
• Strong knowledge of consensus mechanisms, cryptographic primitives, and distributed systems.
• Eligible to work in the EU, specifically in Serbia.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building blockchain solutions for enterprise or institutional use cases.
• Understanding of MPC, multi-signature wallets, or advanced cryptographic techniques.
• Ability to apply AI tools in day-to-day development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
