What you will do
- Handle incoming Spanish inquiries from clients, consumers, and third parties across multiple communication channels.
- Provide clear and accurate information about accounts and ongoing recovery processes.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and internal platforms to maintain high service quality.
- Ensure full compliance with data protection requirements and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Fluent professional Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a customer service or support role.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk.
- Must be based in Berlin to comply with the hybrid working policy.
- Strong organizational skills and an empathetic, professional communication style.
- Comfort with digital tools and AI-assisted platforms.
Nice to have
- Background in collections, debt recovery, or financial services.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian or German.
