What you will do
- Develop and own the comprehensive CRM strategy focusing on customer retention, lifetime value (LTV), and churn reduction.
- Design and manage the customer loyalty program, including structure, value proposition, tiering, and partner integrations.
- Build and optimize automated, data-driven customer journeys (onboarding, activation, win-back) across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
- Serve as the primary owner of the CRM platform, collaborating with Tech and Data teams to ensure seamless integration and data hygiene.
- Execute omnichannel engagement campaigns and monitor KPIs to demonstrate ROI and guide strategy.
- Lead cross-functional collaborations with Product and Engineering teams to leverage user behavior data for enhanced targeting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
- Hands-on experience managing modern CRM platforms such as CleverTap, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
- Proven expertise in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
