TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and own the comprehensive CRM strategy focusing on customer retention, lifetime value (LTV), and churn reduction.
  • Design and manage the customer loyalty program, including structure, value proposition, tiering, and partner integrations.
  • Build and optimize automated, data-driven customer journeys (onboarding, activation, win-back) across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the CRM platform, collaborating with Tech and Data teams to ensure seamless integration and data hygiene.
  • Execute omnichannel engagement campaigns and monitor KPIs to demonstrate ROI and guide strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional collaborations with Product and Engineering teams to leverage user behavior data for enhanced targeting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
  • Hands-on experience managing modern CRM platforms such as CleverTap, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
  • Proven expertise in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
