What you will do

• Own the end-to-end affiliate program lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to payouts and performance optimization.
• Design and iterate on user referral programs and ambassador motions to create reliable acquisition loops.
• Build and maintain viral loops within products to ensure predictable user growth.
• Define and track core KPIs including CAC, payback, k-factor, and activation rates using BI tools.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams to implement tracking, attribution, and payout structures.
• Proactively detect and mitigate fraud, abuse, and incentive gaming across all programs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in affiliate, referral, or growth marketing with direct program ownership.
• Strong data orientation with proficiency in spreadsheets, BI tools, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms like Impact, PartnerStack, or similar.
• Strong written English proficiency for partner management and professional communication.
• Proven track record of growing acquisition channels through viral loops or partnerships.
• Must be based in the Philippines to align with the remote setup.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, digital assets, or financial product marketing.
• Familiarity with crypto-native channels like X, Telegram, Discord, and YouTube.
• Experience with fraud detection in incentive-driven programs.
• Comfort using AI tools for partner research and content personalization.
