What you will do

• Define and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies for diverse clients.
• Manage daily operations including content planning, campaign deployment, and A/B testing.
• Build and optimize automated email programs with end-to-end tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and web teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly recommendations to clients.
• Integrate AI technologies and proprietary tools to enhance business processes and campaign performance.

Requirements

• English: Advanced proficiency required
• 2-5 years of experience in email marketing strategy and campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Hubspot, or Braze.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
• Must be based in Ecuador
