Email Strategist

Location: Remote - Ecuador

What you will do

• Define and manage email marketing and SMS strategies for client accounts.
• Run daily channel operations, including marketing calendars, campaign content, email builds, deployment, testing, measurement, and reporting.
• Build and manage automated email programs with end-to-end tracking and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with creative, content, web, and other digital channel teams to maintain brand consistency and improve campaign results.
• Present monthly lifecycle program performance and recommendations to clients.
• Use AI technologies and hirify.global's Nova ecosystem to optimize business and marketing processes.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management.
• Strong analytical, strategic copywriting, communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or similar email platforms.
• Expertise in email segmentation, deliverability, copy, design, and A/B testing practices.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email coding.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required.

• Experience with SMS marketing.
