What you will do
- Manage and investigate a portfolio of suspect motor insurance claims from inception to completion.
- Assess intelligence and coordinate with investigative service providers to achieve correct case outcomes.
- Implement investigation strategies based on the interpretation of intelligence and data.
- Ensure strict adherence to GDPR, FCA compliance, and company policies regarding Treating Customers Fairly.
- Minimize claims leakage while maximizing savings and repudiations.
- Contribute to process improvements and the overall development of the counter-fraud department.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of claims handling, including indemnity, liability, credit hire, and bodily injury claims.
- Proven ability in portfolio management and maintaining accurate reserves and communications.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Experience with intelligence and investigative tools used for claim validation.
- Right to work in the UK: Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.
