What you will do
- Execute end-to-end mixed-method research projects, incorporating desk, qualitative, and quantitative customer and market research.
- Design and deliver quantitative surveys, including questionnaire design, coding, and results analysis.
- Lead qualitative research by recruiting participants and conducting group and individual interviews.
- Serve as the voice of the customer in internal forums to ensure intelligence informs strategy and product decisions.
- Develop and execute the Voice of Customer (VoC) capability, including testing new data sources and platforms.
- Collaborate with UX, product, and marketing teams to translate strategic insights into high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Experience delivering multi-stage research programs blending primary qualitative/quantitative and secondary research.
- Hands-on proficiency in quantitative research, survey coding, and data analysis.
- Experience delivering primary qualitative research both virtually and in-person.
- Strong desk research skills using public, third-party, and internal customer data.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into relevant research proposals and briefs.
- Strong project management skills to prioritize and oversee simultaneous research projects.
