What you will do

• Analyze customer business requirements and define future needs based on Salesforce best practices.
• Configure Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as Flows and Validation Rules.
• Maintain, optimize, and support existing Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Execute implementation and support activities for client projects.
• Manage project tasks and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Perform quality assurance on customer projects and research new Salesforce capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative configuration (Flows, Advanced Formulas, Security models).
• Experience in writing full characterization documents and understanding customer needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Salesforce Admin certification.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
