What you will do

• Gather, document, and manage functional requirements and user stories.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with administrators, developers, and architects to deliver scalable solutions.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint activities, and stakeholder workshops.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, process flows, and system changes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have
