What you will do
- Drive comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies across various products to achieve business outcomes.
- Define target audiences, product positioning, and messaging to execute growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and regional teams to align on priorities and goals.
- Analyze competitive and customer insights to inform business plans and product development.
- Implement and optimize insight-driven marketing programs through a culture of experimentation.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of world-class product marketers.
Requirements
- Proven experience and strong interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
- Track record of spearheading marketing campaigns and product launches with significant business results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in core analytical concepts such as LTV and incrementality.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit.
