Location: Taipei, Taiwan
What you will do
- Manage and optimize media/SSP traffic to maximize fill rate, eCPM, and overall yield performance.
- Develop and execute monetization strategies to maximize the value of media inventory.
- Design and sell bundled advertising solutions tailored to advertiser and agency needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure efficient ad request flows and technical integrations.
- Partner with DSPs, Ad Exchanges, and media partners to enhance traffic demand and competition.
- Produce performance reports and conduct A/B testing to validate optimization strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising with strong knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem (DSP, SSP, Ad Exchange, DMP).
- Proven experience in traffic management, yield optimization, or media monetization.
- Hands-on experience in bundled ad sales or solution-based selling.
- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, including RTB and header bidding.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in English for business communication is preferred.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager (GAM).
- Experience with third-party verification platforms such as IAS, MOAT, or DoubleVerify.
