What you will do

• Develop AI product strategies and roadmaps aligned with market demands and user needs.
• Create PRDs and define MVP scopes and development milestones.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify actionable product opportunities in travel and lifestyle services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams including design, engineering, marketing, and legal.
• Manage project timehirify.globals, risks, and resources using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
• Define and track key product metrics (retention, CTR, conversion) using A/B testing and behavioral analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in internet services or software development.
• Proven experience with consumer-facing (2C) products.
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
• Strong proficiency in Agile development processes and cross-border collaboration.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and GA4.
• Understanding of generative AI, recommendation systems, and semantic models.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI product development or integration.
• Background in engineering, design, or project management.
• Ability to speak Japanese or Korean.
