What you will do

• Lead product customization for enterprise clients to ensure solutions meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with BD and AM teams to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimize workflows.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to define product roadmaps and feature development.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering and design teams to execute product strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to maintain B2B competitiveness.
• Define key product KPIs and implement continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B solutions.
• Must have experience in the crypto industry, preferably with enterprise-level products.
• Strong understanding of white-label solutions and licensed entity customization.
• Experience developing SOPs and process improvements.
• Must be able to work on-site in Taipei.

Nice to have

• Experience with trading platforms, DeFi, or blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for crypto businesses.
