What you will do

• Manage the product roadmap and feature planning for the OA API platform and Display Ads solutions.
• Translate market trends, user insights, and business requirements into detailed PRDs and technical specifications.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and Engineering/R&D teams to drive agile development.
• Analyze platform performance data to optimize ad delivery logic and enhance internal operational tools.
• Explore and incorporate AI-driven solutions, such as smart targeting and automation, into the product roadmap.
• Coordinate with Japan HQ to align global strategies and manage local feature requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Internet Product Planning, Technical Product Management (TPM), or Digital Ad Technology.
• Proven experience collaborating with R&D teams to deliver platform or API-based products.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global Ecosystem, onhirify.global CRM systems, and digital advertising infrastructure.
• Technical literacy in RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and data-driven analysis.
• English: Proficiency required for cross-border collaboration.
• Location: Must be based in Taipei.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Japanese or Korean.
• Experience or strong interest in AI/Machine Learning applications or internal workflow automation.
