What you will do

• Facilitate cross-functional planning and project execution to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor tasks across various departments and provide progress reports through schedule updates.
• Identify potential issues and risks, escalating them to senior management and preparing contingency plans.
• Strictly adhere to the New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI) process.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and logistics teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience, or a Diploma with 5+ years of experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Competence in problem-solving and professional report preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
