What you will do

• Design, build, and roll out Workday dashboards to replace manual finance reports and reduce ad-hoc requests.
• Partner with Commercial Finance and other functions to scope requirements and prioritize the report retirement backlog.
• Configure Workday data sources, calculated fields, and security to ensure dashboards are accurate and performant.
• Run a pilot program with a business function, capturing feedback and iterating the design before scaling.
• Document data lineage, refresh cadence, and ownership to ensure the estate is auditable and sustainable.
• Train end users and hub team members on dashboard navigation and self-service techniques.

Requirements

• Active Workday certification is required (Workday Financial Reporting certification preferred).
• Extensive experience designing and delivering complex financial reports within Workday.
• Strong understanding of finance data, including general ledger, P&L, and balance sheets.
• Proven track record of delivering self-service reporting at pace.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous requests into structured data models.
• Must be based in Manchester to work from the Reporting Hub.
