What you will do

• Conduct structured reviews of licensed Flexcube modules to identify and activate unutilized features.
• Assess bespoke components to determine if they can be replaced by native functionality.
• Triage and resolve open items in the Jira backlog, including configuration and change requests.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support to accelerate the resolution of tickets and patch schedules.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Banking Operations to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including solution designs and training notes.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience with Oracle Flexcube Universal Banking as a BA or functional consultant.
• Deep knowledge of core banking operations including payments, SWIFT messaging, FX, and money markets.
• Proficiency in SQL for data interrogation and configuration validation.
• Experience managing product backlogs using Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to bridge IT and business users.
• Proven ability to document complex functional requirements independently.
