What you will do

• Lead cross-functional workshops to capture business processes
• Map as-is and to-be processes across multiple teams
• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate closely with technology teams to support delivery
• Coordinate workflows across investment professionals and functions including Legal, Tax, Insurance, and AML

Requirements

• Proven Senior BA or Business Change experience
• Strong process mapping and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Background working with investment/finance stakeholders, ideally in Private Equity
• Ability to convert business processes into clear requirements
• Deep understanding and experience of the transaction space within private equity
