• Lead project teams to document processes and identify opportunities for improvement and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with SMEs and suppliers to design and implement effective solutions.
• Track project delivery, managing plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Enable the adoption of Power BI, Power Automate, and AI solutions within Finance.
• Manage, develop, and motivate project team members to achieve high performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with Group Cost Management and Finance Platform stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in identifying and delivering process improvements or change initiatives.
• Professional experience working within a Finance environment.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Edinburgh, UK.
