What you will do
- Lead project teams to document processes and identify opportunities for improvement and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with SMEs and suppliers to design and implement effective solutions.
- Track project delivery, managing plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Enable the adoption of Power BI, Power Automate, and AI solutions within Finance.
- Manage, develop, and motivate project team members to achieve high performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with Group Cost Management and Finance Platform stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in identifying and delivering process improvements or change initiatives.
- Professional experience working within a Finance environment.
- Ability to lead project teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Edinburgh, UK.
