What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across the full project and software development lifecycles.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, and vendors.
- Translate business requirements into executable delivery plans and technical roadmaps.
- Drive programme governance and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership regarding delivery status and risks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience in mid-to-large scale organisations.
- Strong insurance industry experience (underwriting, policy administration, pricing).
- Proven success delivering large-scale IT integration and application transformation programmes.
- Solid understanding of solution architecture, APIs, and enterprise data flows.
- Experience operating across both business and technical stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in delivery tools such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.
Nice to have
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or system consolidation.
- Background in legacy platform decommissioning.
- Expertise in target-state operating model design.
