What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across the full project and software development lifecycles.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, and vendors.
• Translate business requirements into executable delivery plans and technical roadmaps.
• Drive programme governance and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership regarding delivery status and risks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in mid-to-large scale organisations.
• Strong insurance industry experience (underwriting, policy administration, pricing).
• Proven success delivering large-scale IT integration and application transformation programmes.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, APIs, and enterprise data flows.
• Experience operating across both business and technical stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in delivery tools such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or system consolidation.
