What you will do

• Lead strategic technical relationships with key publishers, managing complex integrations and escalations.
• Design and implement tailored technical solutions by collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Serve as an escalation point for high-priority technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and provide regular training to elevate team technical expertise.
• Develop internal documentation and knowledge-sharing resources for troubleshooting and solution design.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Ad Operations, Solutions Consulting, or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, and HTTP protocols.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Kafka and JavaScript for custom solution development.
• Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
