What you will do
- Execute the full billing process and daily accounts payable activities.
- Manage credit control and follow up on collection issues.
- Maintain clean AP ledgers by ensuring accurate recording of invoices and credit notes.
- Assist with month-end reporting and financial analysis.
- Act as a primary point of contact for suppliers and internal departments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of management information and reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Netherlands or able to work from the Almere office.
- Experience in accounts receivables, reconciliations, and financial operations.
- Excellent Excel skills and computer literacy.
- English proficiency required; Dutch language skills are a significant advantage.
- Ability to extract, process, and analyze raw data effectively.
- Knowledge of SAP is a strong plus.
