What you will do
- Define and execute the strategic vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the B2B Intelligent Experience Platform.
- Integrate advanced AI/ML technologies into product functionality to enhance personalization and servicing flows.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction and value proposition.
- Design and analyze product experiments to validate hypotheses and drive performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure predictable delivery and technical alignment.
- Influence stakeholders across the organization using data-driven insights and compelling storytelling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
- Proficiency in Agile product development practices.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in product development.
- Experience with data science principles, including A/B testing and hypothesis-driven development.
- Proven ability to influence without formal authority and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong commercial mindset with awareness of P&L, pricing, and unit economics.
