Supply Chain Specialist (Taiwan)

Location: On-site in Taipei, Taiwan, 5 days a week. Regular early-morning calls with US-based teams are required. Candidates must be independently authorized to work in Taiwan; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day operations with assigned manufacturing partners, including material readiness, production status, logistics, and resolution of build risks.
• Manage key component suppliers, distributors, and brokers; consolidate pull-in requests, track commitments, and drive issues to closure.
• Own forecasting and demand and supply planning for assigned hardware products, identifying and mitigating supply risks.
• Maintain ERP data integrity and verify and process supplier invoices and internal billing with the Accounts Payable team.
• Partner with Hardware Engineering, Operations, Finance, suppliers, warehouses, and 3PLs.
• Coordinate with US-based teams and global suppliers across time zones.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, material planning, procurement, or supplier management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Direct experience managing external suppliers or manufacturing partners.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and work with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP systems, supply chain planning platforms, and warehouse management systems.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Mandarin.
• Confident communication with suppliers and US-based teams.
• Independent authorization to work in Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware or electronics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with electronic components such as SoCs, image sensors, and memory.
