What you will do

• Plan and manage technical content programs from ideation through publication and maintenance.
• Support docs-as-code workflows using Markdown, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and improve AI-powered documentation solutions, including agent skills and automation.
• Monitor content quality metrics, engagement, and tool adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Build lightweight scripts and automation tools using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience in technical content development or technical writing for software products.
• 2+ years of experience with docs-as-code workflows, Markdown, and Git-based collaboration.
• Solid understanding of software development concepts including APIs, SDKs, and command-line tools.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Prior software engineering experience or hands-on coding experience.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for automation.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and AI/ML development platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards like WCAG.
