Salary: $96,569 – $130,651

What you will do
- Collect, organize, and translate complex technical information into user manuals, installation guides, and system documentation.
- Research and document software functionality and workflows for cloud-based systems.
- Write, edit, and proofread technical content, including reports, briefs, and online help documentation.
- Develop and maintain web-based content and responsive documentation aligned with user needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather engineering data, diagrams, and system requirements.
- Manage documentation using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, MadCap Flare, and Adobe FrameMaker.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, and documentation development.
- Strong background in creating software product documentation and technical manuals.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments supporting software development teams.
- Proficiency with Confluence, SharePoint, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, and Visio.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Must be based in the United States.
