What you will do

• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation for engineers and managers.
• Organize and maintain the Data Platform documentation repository within Confluence to improve accessibility and clarity.
• Develop version-controlled templates and define workflows for requirement collection and approval to ensure traceability.
• Document release management processes, including deployment pipelines, versioning, and rollback strategies.
• Create post-production support materials such as Service Runbooks, Incident Response SLAs, and on-call checklists.
• Align documentation with the modular Quality Management System (MQMS) for regulatory compliance and use AI for automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer within data engineering or software engineering domains.
• Expertise in documenting technical processes related to release workflows and requirements management.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory documentation needs.
• Proficiency in Git, Confluence, SharePoint, and Markdown editors.
• Excellent oral and written English proficiency.
• Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and ETL processes.
• Experience using AI to autogenerate documentation via Git, JFrog, Jira, or Confluence.
