What you will do

• Lead the Singapore manufacturing facility and manage the MASA joint venture in partnership with SIAEC.
• Drive site-level P&L performance, managing revenue, EBITDA, operating budgets, and capital expenditures.
• Implement lean production and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce turnaround time.
• Oversee capacity planning, production forecasting, and the attainment of financial targets.
• Execute talent strategy through succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Ensure strict regulatory compliance and maintain governance practices regarding Ethics and EHS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or operations.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience with direct P&L ownership.
• Background in MRO or complex repair/service businesses within regulatory environments (e.g., FAA, EASA).
• Proven track record of leading successful lean/CI initiatives.
• Must be based in Singapore under local employment terms.
