What you will do

• Partner with Rates & FX PMs across Asia-Pacific to translate investment goals into resourcing, capital, and infrastructure plans.
• Lead the onboarding of new Macro/Fixed Income PM teams, managing capital allocation, risk limits, and trading integrations.
• Analyze desk P&L, risk, and liquidity to recommend actions for enhancing returns and capital efficiency.
• Implement AI and ML-driven analytics to streamline reporting, surface insights, and automate operational workflows.
• Drive cross-functional projects involving operations, treasury, compliance, and technology for the APAC region.
• Manage the vendor lifecycle for trading and analytics platforms, including contract negotiation and SLA governance.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in business management, product, or trading roles within a buy-side hedge fund or sell-side fixed income business.
• Deep knowledge of rates and FX cash & derivatives, with specific expertise in Asian markets (CNH, SGD, KRW, INR, THB).
• Strong understanding of pricing, valuation, risk, funding, and liquidity.
• Proficiency in Excel/VBA; knowledge of Python, SQL, or PowerBI is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI, LLMs, or automation to business processes.
• Familiarity with Asia-specific regulatory frameworks such as MAS, SFC, HKMA, and JFSA.
