Salary: $60.00 - $71.00 per hour (W2)

What you will do

• Design major components, functional systems, and technically advanced prototypes.
• Develop and improve products to facilitate manufacturing operations.
• Create preliminary layouts, sketches, and design proposals based on technical factors.
• Perform detailed layout of assemblies, mechanisms, structures, and product parts.
• Review completed drawings for clarity, completeness, and conformity to standards.
• Identify design errors and recommend improvements to layout to responsible engineers.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and Active Secret Security Clearance (issued by DoD) are mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience with Creo design.
• 2+ years of experience with Windchill PLM/PDM.
• 4+ years of experience creating finished 3D models.
• 2+ years of experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• BS degree with 6-8 years of experience or MS degree with 4-6 years of experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model-Based Definition (MBD).
