• Apply engineering fundamentals to design and implement mechanical components and assemblies.
• Execute complex product design tasks independently while identifying and mitigating program risks.
• Utilize CAD tools to develop high-quality, reliable designs for mass production.
• Perform FEA and analyze data to validate designs and implement improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and actively participate in design reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Present technical solutions and design progress to cross-functional management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing mechanical components (plastic/metal parts, assemblies, PCBs, or flexes).
• 5+ years of experience with 3D MCAD tools such as NX, Creo, or Solidworks.
• Deep technical knowledge in manufacturing processes like injection molding, machining, and anodization.
• Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity in Mountain View, CA.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and mentorship.
