What you will do

• Lead and coach the AML team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure overall success.
• Perform second-level reviews and quality checks on investigation handling.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of covered and suspicious transaction reports.
• Support internal and external regulatory audits.
• Collaborate with the Transaction Monitoring Head to refine and improve SOPs.
• Analyze process gaps and provide actionable recommendations for compliance improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, legal management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a compliance or AML-related role.
• Strong understanding of relevant AML regulations and issuances.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Certification as an AML Specialist or Sanctions Specialist.
• Willingness to undergo specialized AML training.
