What you will do

• Execute KYC processes and continuous due diligence in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze and investigate alerts generated by internal policies and tools.
• Provide direct assistance to clients and partners regarding onboarding concerns.
• Oversee the creation and management of trading and rebate accounts.
• Identify, record, and escalate suspicious findings according to reporting obligations.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving client value and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the Philippines.
• 1-2 years of experience as a KYC/Onboarding Specialist in financial services.
• Extensive knowledge of KYC, AML, and relevant compliance legislation.
• Proven ability to manage intricate onboarding processes.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
