What you will do

• Manage end-to-end account onboarding and KYC refreshes for banking and payment partners.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient onboarding processes.
• Maintain JIRA tickets for application milestones, blockers, and post-opening handoffs.
• Manage secure data rooms and vendor portals while adhering to strict information-sharing protocols.
• Develop and maintain trackers and reports to monitor the status of banking applications and KYC deadlines.
• Support the creation of repeatable operating procedures for document collection and ticket management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in fintech, banking, or compliance operations.
• Proven experience in cross-functional coordination and JIRA or similar ticketing management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail regarding complex documentation.
• Ability to manage sensitive corporate and financial data securely.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AML/KYC due diligence and corporate structure documentation.
• Experience in crypto or high-growth payments environments.
