What you will do

• Analyze cross-platform performance and operational data from tools including ELK, Jenkins, and SFCC/Fluent Commerce/SFMC logs.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track platform uptime, deployment success/failure rates, and incident trends.
• Translate system logs and alerts into business-impacting insights to support root cause analysis and proactive optimization.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to refine logging strategies, monitoring metrics, and alert thresholds.
• Partner with QA, engineering, and delivery teams to design KPIs related to digital commerce health and customer experience.
• Perform data validation and exploratory analysis on 3rd-party commerce integrations such as OpenText DAM and Salsify PIM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst, product analyst, or operational analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large or semi-structured datasets (logs, JSON exports).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Kibana.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting system logs, error trends, or deployment metrics.
• Familiarity with data from DevOps or digital commerce platforms (SFCC, SFMC, or Fluent Commerce).
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability platforms like ELK, Splunk, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM or other ticketing systems for incident analysis.
• Background in statistical analysis using Python, R, or Jupyter notebooks.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and their relationship to system health metrics.
• Exposure to funnel analytics tools like Google Analytics, Heap, or Mixpanel.
