What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical advocate for strategic enterprise customers and partners.
  • Guide customers through complex deployments, performance optimization, and architectural evolution.
  • Deliver regular technical health checks, roadmap sessions, and executive business reviews.
  • Identify and engage with high-potential System Integrators and Value-Added Resellers.
  • Develop enablement plans and technical content for partner sales and solution architects.
  • Collaborate with internal product, support, and engineering teams to ensure account health and growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as TAM, Solutions Architect, or Pre/Post Sales Engineer.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise networking, cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, and Layer 2/Layer 3 architectures.
  • Experience designing or deploying cloud/virtualization networking solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to lead technical deep dives with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting indirect partner ecosystems like SIs, VARs, or MSPs.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with IaC practices, Terraform, and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Lv1-3 support desk processes and managed service environments.
