Salary: $133,942 – $187,083 per year (Base)

What you will do

  • Translate ambiguous business challenges in sales and membership operations into measurable analytical strategies.
  • Own and evolve scalable data models and pipelines that serve as the long-term foundation for operational performance.
  • Build and iterate on analytical and modeling solutions to drive measurable impact across marketing and telesales.
  • Integrate emerging ML/AI tools into production workflows where they add leverage to business outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics and design robust data systems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of individual technical contributor experience.
  • Strong SQL and proficiency in modern data ecosystems (Snowflake, dbt, Python, Looker or similar).
  • Experience building scalable, maintainable data pipelines.
  • Expertise in deep statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or experimental design.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, fintech, or other complex operational domains.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and membership operations data.
  • Experience incorporating ML or AI tools into operational workflows.
