Location: Must be based in the US (Heartland region)

Salary: $165,000–$253,000 (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Articulate the value of the hirify.global platform to decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite contacts within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Collaborate with partner and marketing teams to support prospecting and go-to-market efforts.
  • Generate sales development activity to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Accurately forecast sales and maintain SFDC hygiene.
  • Conduct webinars and in-person presentations to generate qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US with the ability to travel as needed.
  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales, closing large and complex transactions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience presenting to and building relationships with C-suite level contacts.
  • Strong team mentality with experience managing virtual resources for complex sales cycles.
  • Background in building relationships with partner ecosystems.
