What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of multi-disciplinary initiatives spanning edge device firmware, middleware, and cloud-integrated APIs.
• Translate complex business and system needs into actionable epics, stories, and technical documentation for engineering teams.
• Coordinate between engineering, QA, product, and field operations to ensure successful handoffs and production readiness.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and software rollouts across global hardware fleets to ensure version consistency and monitoring.
• Proactively identify risks across hardware/software dependencies and resolve blockers across internal and vendor systems.
• Mentor less experienced TPMs and contribute to overall process improvements within the TPM team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• 2+ years of experience in hardware/software integration, embedded systems, or cloud-edge platforms.
• Strong understanding of firmware/middleware development lifecycles and deployment strategies for edge devices.
• Hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work onsite Mondays through Thursdays at one of the specified office locations.
