What you will do

• Track active engineering projects and maintain organization within Linear across all initiatives.
• Identify and resolve blockers across product, design, backend, mobile, and web teams.
• Write lightweight status updates to keep stakeholders aligned without creating bureaucracy.
• Coordinate between engineering teams to prevent duplicate work and manage dependencies.
• Monitor project timelines to proactively identify slips and pull in necessary resources.
• Participate in technical discussions and escalate decisions to appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management or coordination experience in fast-moving engineering environments.
• Ability to create order from ambiguity and chaos without slowing down development.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical projects.
• Experience coordinating between mobile and web development teams.
• Proactive communication style and a low-ego, collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with Linear, Jira, or similar project tracking tools.
• Location: Must be based in New York (On-site)
