Technical Program Manager

Salary: $177,000 to $237,000 (base)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end technical program management: planning, execution, delivery, and retrospectives for cloud infrastructure initiatives
• Define program scope, milestones, success metrics, and manage risks and dependencies
• Partner with engineering, product management, operations, and security to align priorities and deliverables
• Serve as primary stakeholder point of contact with regular status updates, risk communication, and accountability
• Facilitate technical discussions and decisions to align infrastructure goals with business objectives
• Develop scalable processes and automate day-to-day operations; support long-term infrastructure roadmaps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years managing large-scale, complex programs in fast-paced technology environments
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure as a service (IaaS)
• Proven leadership and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence (or similar program management tools)

Nice to have

• Master’s or advanced technical degree
• Familiarity with networking, storage, containerization (Kubernetes), and infrastructure
• Experience driving DevOps initiatives, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Experience building cloud infrastructure and applications
