What you will do

• Perform comprehensive site inspections across all phases to verify compliance with technical plans and specifications.
• Proactively identify design deviations and deliver evidence-based reports with remediation recommendations.
• Prepare project modifications and change order documentation, including necessary technical justifications.
• Act as a subject matter expert and technical liaison to resolve conflicts between contractors and design intent.
• Audit project-wide quality assurance programs and advise leadership on schedule or scope impacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored inspection protocols and quality control methods.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of direct experience in construction inspection, quality assurance, or site supervision.
• Deep working knowledge of construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Extensive experience with national construction codes, industry standards, and material testing requirements.
• Ability to assess complex site conditions and provide technically sound recommendations.
• Must be able to work onsite at Ellsworth AFB.
