What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCP).
• Conduct daily inspections of work in progress to verify adherence to quality standards and codes.
• Coordinate three phases of control: preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, material certifications, and test reports.
• Manage and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and execute corrective actions.
• Lead quality meetings and support project closeout activities, including punch lists.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction quality control management.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Ability to work On-site in Philadelphia, PA.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents, drawings, and industry specifications.
• Experience acting as a liaison with clients and regulatory agencies.
