What you will do

• Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for stablecoin issuance and banking solutions within the African region.
• Originate and close strategic partnerships with C-level executives at leading banks and enterprises.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle, from initial sourcing and structuring complex commercial agreements to successful onboarding.
• Drive regional growth and revenue generation through direct sales efforts.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence on stablecoin use cases to inform the global product roadmap.
• Act as a brand ambassador for stablecoin solutions, building trust within the financial sector.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing institutional client engagement, sourcing opportunities, and structuring complex settlement deals.
• Strong technical understanding of blockchain, fund flows, settlement mechanics, and cross-border payment flows.
• Extensive professional network of decision-makers within the African global banking and financial enterprise ecosystem.
• Familiarity with regional regulatory landscapes and existing stablecoin issuers in Africa.
• Proven track record in direct sales and revenue generation.
• Must be able to complete a mandatory in-person onboarding process for identity verification and IT setup.

• Deep expertise in the global payments ecosystem, including payment rails and models like SEPA or PSD2.
