What you will do
- Identify, negotiate, and activate KOLs, affiliates, brokers, and trading communities.
- Develop and manage incentive models including rebate programs and commission structures.
- Manage partner relationships to drive trading volume, active users, and revenue.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support localized campaigns and product feedback.
- Build comprehensive market maps of partner landscapes and competitor activity.
- Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and commercial contribution.
Requirements
- Proven BD experience in crypto exchanges, futures platforms, or Web3 trading products.
- Hands-on experience with KOL, affiliate, and partner incentive models.
- Existing partner resources in at least one regional market or trading community.
- Strong understanding of crypto trading users and futures products.
- Ability to demonstrate measurable commercial outcomes like trading volume or ROI.
- English: C1+ required for effective communication.
Nice to have
- Experience covering regional ecosystems such as Europe, LATAM, CIS, MENA, or APAC.
- Existing network of KOLs, brokers, or professional trading communities.
- Experience with VIP traders, API traders, or copy-trading communities.
- Ability to balance growth ambition with risk awareness.
