Senior UX Designer (Mobile Games)

What you will do

• Own UX strategy for player value across progression, rewards, streaks, challenges, onboarding, and engagement systems.
• Lead discovery and problem framing for complex player-facing initiatives.
• Design end-to-end experiences, including flows, prototypes, specifications, and content.
• Partner with Product, Game Design, UI, Art, Data, Engineering, and Leadership to align teams on feasibility and design quality.
• Use UX research and data to guide decisions, iteration, and improvement.
• Advocate for player experience and long-term design quality.

Requirements

• Extensive senior UX design experience in the casual gaming industry.
• Strong systems thinhirify.global and a rigorous design methodology.
• Ability to balance player needs, design craft, and product goals.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience using data and insights to inform and validate design decisions.
